Welcome to Just Discuss! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and our tuition services for children between the ages of 5-13.

By accessing this website and/or enrolling your child in our classes, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

1.1 “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Just Discuss.
1.2 “You” refers to the parent or guardian enrolling the child.
1.3 “Student” refers to the child enrolled in our tuition services.

2. Services Offered

2.1 We offer the following classes:

  • Conversation Classes
  • Comprehension Classes
  • Creative Writing Classes
  • Reading for Fluency Classes
  • Reasoning and Aptitude Classes
  • SPAG (Spelling, Punctuation, and Grammar) Classes
  • 4+ and 5+ Exam Preparation Classes

3. Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Enrollment in our classes is subject to availability.
3.2 Fees must be paid in advance according to the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment.
3.3 Payments can be made via the methods as stipulated by Us.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us at least 14 days in advance to receive a refund. The refund will be for the remaining days. 
4.2 No refunds will be given for cancellations made. If your child is unable to attend a lesson/class for any reason, the material and a full update of the lesson (including any homework set) will be sent to you.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the class will be rescheduled or the payment for the next cycle will be adjusted.  

5. Attendance and Conduct

5.1 Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes.
5.2 Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that the student arrives on time and is picked up promptly after class.
5.3 We reserve the right to remove any student whose behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

6. Liability

6.1 We are not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises.
6.2 While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of students, we are not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on our premises.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the enrollment process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
7.2 We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content provided in our classes is the intellectual property of Just Discuss.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any of our materials without our prior written consent.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
9.2 It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically.
